Install QUE TRACK on Windows

1. Create your club account on this website. Your 3-day free trial starts now.
2. Download the Windows installer (64-bit) and run it. Windows will ask for administrator permission.
3. Open QUE TRACK from the desktop or Start menu shortcut and log in. You need internet for the first login.
4. On first login QUE TRACK downloads your club's data, then keeps working offline.

One account works on one Windows PC at a time. To move to a new PC, contact GOFTECH.

Add tables and prices

1. Open the dashboard and go to Table Control. Add each table with a name, for example "Table 1".
2. Optionally set a default duration in minutes. When a game runs past it, the table card blinks red and beeps.
3. Go to Pricing Rules and add a price for each game type you offer: 6 Ball, 8 Ball, 15 Ball, Fifty or Century.

Your plan sets how many tables you can add. See pricing.

Run a game and take payment

1. On the live table screen, choose the game type and Single or Double on a free table.
2. Press Start (F1). The timer starts.
3. Use + Game for another game on the same table, and Inventory (Ctrl+P) to add canteen items.
4. Press Stop Game (F2) when players finish. The session moves to Unpaid Sessions.
5. Collect payment in cash or put it on the member's khata. To take one payment for several tables, tick them and press Merge into Ticket.

While any game is running, the Windows app cannot be closed or minimized. More about table billing.

Use member khata

1. Add a member with their name and phone number in Members & Khata, or press Ctrl+M on the table screen.
2. Assign the member to a table when the game starts.
3. At payment, choose Khata to add the bill to their balance.
4. When they pay, open their ledger and use Collect Payment (needs internet).

Set up the canteen

1. In Canteen Inventory, add each product with its name, price, category and quantity in stock.
2. During a game, press Inventory (Ctrl+P) on the table to sell items onto its bill.
3. Watch for the LOW STOCK badge (5 or fewer left) and restock before items run out.

Sync your data

The Windows app saves everything on your PC first. To upload changes to your online account, press Sync on the dashboard or the table screen, or press Ctrl+S. The button shows how many changes are waiting. QUE TRACK also syncs when you log in.

Sync at least once a day while online so your Android app and online account stay up to date. How offline mode works.

Lock the dashboard with a PIN

In Club Settings, set a 4-digit PIN and turn on the Dashboard PIN Lock. Staff can still run tables, but opening the dashboard (settings, reports, pricing) asks for the PIN.
