A Windows app for the counter PC (64-bit installer) and an Android app for owners. Both use the same account.

Pricing and trial

Plans are priced in PKR: Basic PKR 499 per month, Standard PKR 999 per month, Premium PKR 9,999 per year, plus a one-time installation charge of PKR 15,000. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Using the app

You set a price for each game type (6 Ball, 8 Ball, 15 Ball, Fifty, Century). When you start a game you choose the type and Single or Double, which counts as two. QUE TRACK adds up all games played on the table plus any canteen items into one bill, which you collect in cash or put on a member's khata.

Yes. Each member has a khata with a current balance and a full history of game charges and payments. Bills and canteen items can be put on khata at the counter.

Yes. Products have a stock quantity that goes down when sold. Items at 5 or fewer are marked low stock, and out-of-stock items cannot be sold.

QUE TRACK shows a receipt on screen for each session in a standard 80mm layout. Direct printing to a thermal printer is not available yet; contact GOFTECH if you need it.

Offline and data

The Windows app does. It saves games, bills, canteen sales, members and expenses on your PC first, so the club keeps running during load-shedding. Logging in and recording khata payments need internet. The Android app needs internet.

When you log in, and when you press a Sync button (or Ctrl+S). There is no automatic background timer, so you decide when data is uploaded.

The Windows app is tied to one device per account at a time. Contact GOFTECH if you need to move to a new PC.
