Why clubs need a digital khata
Most clubs give credit to regulars. On paper, that credit leaks: a page goes missing, an entry is never written, or a player disputes the total. A digital khata records every charge the moment it happens and keeps a history nobody can argue with.
What the khata records
- Member details: name and phone number.
- Current balance: how much the member owes right now.
- History: every game charge and every payment, with date, amount, description and the balance after each entry.
Charging to khata at the counter
- Assign the member to their table when the game starts (or press Ctrl+M to add a new member).
- Add canteen items to the same table if they order anything.
- When the game ends, choose Khata instead of cash. The full amount goes on their balance.
Collecting payments
When a member pays, open their ledger and record the payment. The balance updates and the payment appears in their history. Payments need an internet connection so the server stays the single source of truth for balances.

Member khata: common questions
It is a running credit account for a member. Every game bill or canteen sale you put on the khata increases their balance, and every payment you record reduces it. Each entry keeps its date, amount, description and the balance after it.
Yes. Canteen items added to a table go on the same bill, and when you collect the bill you can put the whole amount on the assigned member's khata instead of taking cash.
Open the member's ledger and use Collect Payment. Recording a payment needs an internet connection, so the balance is confirmed by the server.
No. QUE TRACK will not delete a member with a pending khata balance. It shows the outstanding amount instead, so credit is never lost by mistake.
